WebFor normal Bitwarden, you need to pay for premium features with self hosted. But there is an implementation of Bitwarden in rust called Botwarden_rs that has all premium features enabled. The only reason not to use rs is the fact that Bitwarden has gone through code auditing and rs has not, but for home use it should be fine.
