Regardless that base pay is extremely low, and there have been no raises in the last 4 years, Renfrew continues to open up sites in areas where there is a ton of competition. Also, no bonuses - ever. They have switched insurance companies for the last 3 years making it difficult for employees to stick with their doctors.
