That account is logged into from a Windows PC in the room (attached to a touchscreen) so that users can join the room the Teams meeting for VC. The problem is that any chat history is retained. WebFor quick access, you can pin frequent conversations to the top of your chat list. Select Chat to open the chat list. Next to the conversation you want to pin, select More options > Pin. This ensures that the chat stays at the top of your list. If you change your mind, just select it again and unpin it. Resume an old conversation in Teams.
